Q: How long do sessions last?

A: This depends on the client’s preference and/or physical capabilities and fitness level.

Q: How much does a personal training session cost?

A:  This depends on the length of the session, and location of the session.

Q: Do you also have group training sessions?

A: Yes, I conduct small water workout classes for up to 4 people.  I also have partner training.

Q  Do  you have to sign a contract?

A: No, but to take advantage of a discount, you can pay up front for 3 or more sessions at a time.
